Everything you need to know
This Incentive Program (“Program”) is offered by Food Access LA (“Organizer”) to promote attendance at the Crenshaw Farmers’ Market, scheduled to launch on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 at 5730 Crenshaw Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90043 and expire on Saturday, September 27th, 2025.
By participating, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a resident of Los Angeles County.
Incentive Offer
The first 150 eligible participants to check in at the Event will receive an incentive card that qualifies them for $60 in market dollars distributed over three (3) visits ($20 max per visit).
Incentives are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Limit one (1) Incentive per person and per household.
Distribution
Participants must check in at the Food Access LA booth between 10 am and 3 pm to be eligible. Each participant will be assigned a Loyalty Card with a unique ID number that they must bring to each market visit to redeem their $20 in market money–not to exceed $60 in market money total.
No change returned when redeeming market dollars.
General Conditions
Incentive is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or sold for cash or other forms of market scrip.
Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse Incentives to anyone found to be in violation of these Terms.
Market Dollars are only valid at Crenshaw Farmers' Market
Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or circumstances outside its control.
Liability
By participating, participants release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the Program or receipt of the Incentive.
Organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Incentive.
Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of Incentive distribution and will not be sold or shared without consent.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason without prior notice.
